By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from purchasing our services.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services we provide (such as web design, development, and e-commerce solutions), we do not offer refunds for completed services.
Once a project or service has started or a payment has been made, refunds are typically not issued unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
If you have any concerns or issues with the work delivered, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it in a manner that satisfies both parties.
2. Custom Projects and Web Development Services
Custom projects or web development services (such as website design, custom coding, and tailored solutions) are subject to the following refund terms:
Partial Refunds may be issued if the project is not completed to the agreed specifications and milestones, and the issue is within our control.
No Refunds will be given for work that has been completed or services already rendered. If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the completed work.
3. E-commerce Solutions and CMS
For e-commerce solutions and content management system (CMS) integrations, refunds are not provided once the site has been delivered or the integration has been completed, as these are considered final services.
However, if the integration or implementation fails to meet the specifications or causes errors that prevent the site from functioning properly, we will work with you to fix the issues within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Subscription-Based Services
If you have purchased a subscription-based service (such as ongoing website maintenance, support, or digital marketing services), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments made for the current subscription period are non-refundable.
If the subscription has been paid in advance for multiple months or a year, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the service period, but the service will continue until the end of the current term.
5. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the terms of this policy, you must submit a refund request in writing by email to contact@vipanwebservices.com within 7 days of the payment date or service delivery.
Your request should include:
A detailed explanation of the issue.
Proof of payment.
Any relevant documentation to support your refund request (such as screenshots, emails, etc.).
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and determine whether a refund is applicable based on our refund policy. If a refund is granted, it will be processed according to the payment method used.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a refund is not granted and a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider (such as PayPal or credit card), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any services provided. Chargebacks may result in the cancellation of services and legal action if necessary to recover costs.
We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. We will make every effort to resolve any issues amicably.
7. Damaged or Defective Deliverables
If the services you have purchased are not functioning as promised, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. We will review the issue and either correct the problem or, if necessary, offer a refund.
For website development or design services, if there are bugs, glitches, or other defects in the final deliverable, we will work to fix those issues without any additional charge as long as they fall within the scope of the original agreement.
8. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation fees (if applicable).
Design mockups or concepts delivered for review.
Completed e-commerce website setups, digital marketing services, SEO services, and other non-custom services.
Any additional services outside the scope of the initial agreement.
9. Late Cancellation and Change Requests
If you request a cancellation or significant change to the scope of work after work has begun, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or change fee based on the amount of work completed. This fee will be deducted from any potential refund.
