🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Project Not Started 
 If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Delayed Delivery 
 If we are unable to deliver your service within the agreed timeline and no communication has been made to extend the deadline, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Service Not As Described 
 If the delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing, you may be eligible for a partial refund after review.
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after service initiation 
- Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete requirements from the client 
- Custom development or personalized configurations already completed 
- Third-party service costs (such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, etc.) 
📝 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@vipanwebservices.com with:
- Your full name and contact details 
- Project or invoice number 
- Reason for the refund request 
We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution or additional questions if needed.
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. 
- Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. 
- If the transaction was processed via a third-party platform (e.g., PayPal), their terms may also apply.
